TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking of Sites:
Although certain sites can be preferred by a Customer, the Customer must understand that it is not ALWAYS possible for Shuhams to allocate the sites requested, due to the nature of the business.
Upon erection of the signs in different areas (sites) Shuhams will inform the Customer of the alternative placement.
Booking Procedures and Removal of Poster Rules:
Bookings need to be made at least 3 working days in advance. Spaces on major routes are limited and bookings are processed on a “first come, first served” basis.
Banners may stay up for a maximum of 21 days booked.
The expiry date on the sticker of the temporary event posters and banners allow for only 1 extra day which is to be used as a free day to remove all posters.
If a customer does not adhere to the above-mentioned rule. – They will thereafter be charged R5.00 for each day that their posters are still not removed. Up until they have all been removed.
No Temporary event posters are allowed to be placed on a street pole under or above a grey frame. Please place your temporary posters on street poles that are completely empty.
No Temporary event posters are allowed to be placed on traffic light poles (robots), electricity meter boxes (“danger box”) as well as on any traffic signs for example on a Stop sign or at a four-way cross.
Customers are liable for all outstanding fees before they can make any future bookings.
A0 size posters (Corix boards – grey frame) are only available for commercial use.,
Price per event poster (A1 poster) and event banners
Price per sticker per day: R5.00
Price per sticker for a banner is for 21 days: R100.00
The metal grey frames are A1 size and these are made for the temporary event stickers that need to have an orange sticker from the city showing that payment has been made and your posters have been approved. Please place your poster on here and not on the A0 side grey frames

These grey frames are ONLY for commercial use. For size A0 posters printed on vinyl. For the use of these frames please contact the office for further assistance.
